– CompManagement, Inc., a Sedgwick CMS Company, is pleased to announce the addition of seasoned Ohio claims professionals Cheryl Powers and Mark MaGinn to its leadership team.
Cheryl Powers has joined CompManagement as director of product development. She will be responsible for planning and implementing the design and marketing of workers’ compensation claims services that address the distinctive requirements of Ohio employers. Powers has extensive experience in self-insured, state fund, risk management and litigation services. She is a 16-year industry veteran who worked for CompManagement from 1996 to 2002 in a variety of marketing and special projects responsibilities. Powers holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio Northern University.
Mark MaGinn will serve as director of state fund sales for CompManagement and will concentrate on expanding services for employers in Ohio State Fund programs. He will also manage CompManagement’s Dublin-based direct marketing group. He brings to CompManagement more than 16 years of experience in risk management and client services. MaGinn was previously vice president of Ohio State Fund operations at another Ohio claims administration firm. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University.
Powers and MaGinn will be based in CompManagement’s Dublin office and will work with the organization’s clients and service teams statewide.
